On iPhone, allow FitHorse to access your location “Always” (Settings → FitHorse → Location). On Android, allow location and notifications: while recording, a FitHorse notification stays in the notification shade. If recording still stops, turn off battery optimization for the app.
Turn on heart rate broadcasting over Bluetooth on your strap or watch. Then open “Profile” → “Watches and heart rate sensors” → “Find sensors”. On iPhone, heart rate from Apple Watch comes through the Health app; on Android, heart rate from a watch comes through Health Connect — allow FitHorse to read heart rate.
Workouts are sent to the server when you are online. Unsent workouts are kept on your phone and go out with the next sync.
“Profile” → profile card at the top → “Delete account”. Your account and all workouts are permanently deleted from the server. More details in the privacy policy.
