By using FitHorse, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.

The service

FitHorse is a free app for recording workouts. We keep developing it and may change, add or remove features. Distance, pace, calories and heart rate are approximate and do not replace medical measurements or a doctor's advice.

Account

You are responsible for what happens in your account and for keeping your password safe. You can delete your account in the app at any time: “Profile” → profile card → “Delete account”.

Your content

• Your name, photo, profile description, workouts and race descriptions remain yours. You allow us to store them and show them to other users as the app provides, for example your public profile link.
• You may not post insults, threats, discrimination, explicit or violent material, spam, other people's personal data or anything that breaks the law or violates the rights of others.
• We may remove content that breaks these rules and block the violator's account. You can report content through the support form.

Safety during workouts

Train with your health, the weather and traffic rules in mind. Don't get distracted by your phone while moving. You take part in races and group workouts at your own risk.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it running smoothly but do not guarantee this and are not liable for indirect losses, including data loss, to the extent permitted by law.
