Delete account

In the app

• Open the “Profile” tab and tap the profile card at the top.
• At the bottom of the screen, tap “Delete account” and confirm.

The account is deleted immediately, with no waiting period.

Without the app

If you don't have the app at hand, send a request through the support form. Include your account email or profile link name (https://fithorse.ru/u/name) and write “Delete my account”. We will delete it within 7 days and reply by email.

What is deleted

• Account: email, password, Telegram, Apple or Google sign-in link.
• Profile: name, profile link name, city, “about me”, photo, weight.
• All workouts with routes, heart rate and splits.
• Friends, invites, race registrations.

Races you created remain available to participants, but without the author's name. Data disappears from database backups within 30 days. Workouts recorded on your phone stay there until you delete the app.
